Warren Realty and Bill Warren are Islesboro institutions. Bill began spending summers on Islesboro as a child in the 1940's and made it his permanent home in 1971, establishing his real estate business on the island in 1988. Known for his tremendous familiarity with Islesboro property, and thoroughly trusted by all, the island's summer and year-round residents turn to Bill when they wish to buy or sell, rent or offer to rent, year-round and seasonal property.

His friendly, no-nonsense approach to finding just the right place for a vacation or for a lifetime has inspired the confidence of generations of island people, and will inspire yours as well.
Services
Islesboro is tucked up into upper Penobscot Bay, a long narrow island with views to the east of Castine, Eggemoggin Reach, and the neighboring island of North Haven, and to the west, fabulous sunsets over the Camden Hills.
Native Americans were the first to spend summers on the island, fishing and clamming, as evidenced by shell-heaps scattered along the shore.
Summer residents today still enjoy the island's locally caught shellfish, at lobster bakes or in clam chowders.
Traditionally, Islesboro is best known for its quiet restfulness and now-rare small-town community pleasures.
