CHC Investments, LLC is a commercial real estate company with twenty years of experience in the acquisition, development, management, and leasing of high quality retail shopping centers, professional office complexes, single tenant buildings, and built-to-suit projects. Our business strategy in retail development starts by identifying superior site locations with either a significant population base or growing population trends, and with desirable demographics.
We place our shopping centers at intersections that have high traffic counts, excellent visibility, and easy access. This approach has consistently attracted a wide variety of strong national, regional and local tenants to our centers. CHC is based in Crosby, Texas, a northeast suburb of Houston where we started our first commercial retail development project in 1986.
Since then, CHC has grown substantially and is currently developing retail centers in and around the Greater Houston Area. Our current focus is in the northeast sector of Harris County including the North Shore, Summerwood, Atascosita, and Humble areas, as well as the Conroe/Lake Conroe area of Montgomery County.
