ABOUT US: The founder, Todd Herzog, has lived and worked in Northeast Michigan as a state licensed real estate appraiser since 1998 and now has his certified residential appraiser license. Prior to 1998, Todd worked in the assessing field for over 10 years in various jurisdictions in Iosco County. He worked at both the township and county levels of tax assessment administration.
His knowledge of the area and experience provides his clients with top quality services. Herzog Appraisal has expanded in numbers adding Todd's daughter, Andrea Herzog, to the company. She is licensed by the State of Michigan with her limited real estate appraising license.
