Services
A piece of American history - a gateway into the history and rural culture of our nation's earliest years - will be up for auction in December as a long-time Monroe County, W.Va., landmark becomes available for a new generation of ownership.
Museum-quality furniture, antiques and collectibles, a part of the Dickson family for several generations, will be available during the auction.

A commission of 2% of the sale price will be paid to the licensed real estate Agent/Broker who meets the terms below and whose registered buyer pays for and settles on the property for which he/she was registered.
Register his/her prospective client for specific property or properties, prior to any inspection of the property by his/her client and no less than 24 hours prior to the auction.
The Realtor/Broker must register his/her client using our Broker Registration form.
The form may be mailed or faxed to Greenway's Auction Company.
Arriving early will give you time to preview the items being sold.
You can see the items close up and start planning for which items you will make bids on.
Most of the time this is 1-2 hours before the auction.

Anyone who bids must have a bidder number and this can be secured through registering at the auction.
Please have a valid ID ready to present to our clerks for check-in.
Make sure you clearly understand the terms and conditions of the auction before making a bid.
The auction will be conducted by Greenways Real Estate and Auction, Inc ("Auctioneer") on behalf of the owners of the property, referred to as the "Seller."
The term "Auctioneer" shall include, but is not limited to, any and all of its agents, employees, representatives, officers, and directors.
The auction shall be governed by the terms set forth herein (the "Agreement"), any pre-sale announcements, and the Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
The pre-sale announcements take precedence over this Agreement and/or any printed material.
If prospect attends preview, agent must attend with prospect.
Agent and/or Prospect must provide auctioneer with a reasonable starting bid amount on the day of sale.
Additionally, agent must attend sale and co-register with prospect on auction day.
Only the first broker to register the high bidder will be paid the commission of of the sales price.
Agents acting as principals, on behalf of other licensed agents or on behalf of family members, or who represent prospects who have had prior contact with the Seller or Auction Company are not eligible.
