Prior to beginning his career in Real Estate Justen spent 15 years building his reputation of integrity, honesty and hard work as a Police Officer first in NY State and then for the Wake County Sheriff's Office and Raleigh Police Dept.
Justen founded Southern Oaks Realty, LLC in 2016.
He now brings that same high level of integrity and passion to his Real Estate clients.

Criminal Background Screening - A criminal background check will be conducted for each applicant 18 years or more.
Income Level - A Gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount is preferred.
Hourly/Commission applicants submit 2 months' worth of current paystubs.
Salaried applicants submit 1 months' worth of current paystubs.
Self-employed applicants submit tax returns for the past year.
