Credit issues are no problem as we will work with you to improve your credit score to the point where you can get a conventional loan or, if necessary, we will finance you - it is your choice.

2. If verifiable income is 3x the rent or monthly payment and credit score is 620 or above, you can get in by paying first month rent or payment and non-refundable move-in-fee equal to first month.
If verifiable income is less than 3x the rent or monthly payment and credit score is less than 620, you must pay first month plus non-refundable move-in-fee 2x the amount of the first month to get in.
In all cases you must pay all fees due prior to receiving keys to the property.
