Massachusetts Requires 12 hours of Continuing Education every two years prior to renewing your real estate license.

You can select one of our two 12 hour pre-package options or our new 12 Hour Continuing Education "Design Your Own Package".

If selecting group A or B you will get one single certificate once all of the courses in the 12 hour package are complete.
If you select to "Design your own package" you will get a certificate for each class as soon as it's completed.

A Broker may work independently.
There are other distinctions that will be covered in class.
To obtain a broker's license, you must work as a salesperson for a real estate brokerage firm for at least three years, complete 40 additional hours of instruction and pass the broker's license exam.
