SECOND: Once you've decided on a unit, all that's needed to hold it is a Security Deposit.
THIRD: While we work to ready your new apartment, you MUST contact PNM and NM Gas Company to get the utilities turned on in your name.
Now, you've been approved, checked the place out, paid a security deposit and got the utilities on, get ready to move into your New Home.
Civil and Criminal background checks including evictions, judgments and/or Criminal history.
