The primary differences between a Residential FloridaBar-5 contract and a FloridaBar-ASIS-3 contract revolve around three items.
Paragraph 9 (ai, aii, aiii) of the contract deals with General Repair Items, WDO or Wood Destroying Organisms and Costs Associated with Open or Expired Permits.
Wood destroying organisms include wood rot, termites, and other pests which can damage a home.
