I've been in the the Bryan/College Station area since high school, graduating from Bryan High and then moving to College Station where I purchased my own home. WIth 2 daughters who love the city life, my dream of owning land and enjoying the country life has been put on hold till they graduate. What I love about Bryan/College Station is that it's always growing and you can still get anywhere in 10 minutes or less, except when the students first get back in town!
Even then, traffic is easy and if you want that BIG CITY experience, you're right in the middle of Austin, Dallas & Houston!
