Here, you'll find information throughout the site to help both our members and the general public. Buying a home (whether a townhome, single family, new construction, etc.) requires time, effort and patience. It's a major milestone that many Americans hope to achieve in their lifetime. With the help of a REALTOR and some advanced preparation, you can avoid common pitfalls that occur and navigate the path to homeownership with ease.
Working with a REALTOR can save you time, money and trouble. Nearly 8 out of 10 consumers believe REALTORS can show buyers a better selection of homes than they can find on their own, according to an independent survey of the general public released by the National Association of REALTORS.
