I changed the price on my partial listing and now the report is showing the old price as the original price, will my listing go live as a price increase/decrease?
No, as long as the listing in the partial state when you made the change you are safe.
When you save the listing and assign it an MLS number the original price will update to whatever the list price is at the time of the save.
