After receiving his B.S. and M.S. from Texas A&M University Commerce, Lem has worked in virtually every aspect of commercial real estate including construction, project leasing, investment sales, disposition, and tenant site selection roll-out with a variety of companies.
Over the last twenty years, he has completed hundreds of deals for Wells Fargo Bank, Discount Tire, Advance America, and other retailers.
Lem also maintains long-term tenant relationships with McDonald's, Tom Thumb, PLS Financial Services, Bear Creek Family Dentistry, Circle K, Albertson's, Bank of The Ozarks, and Jefferson Dental Clinics.
