A graduate of Georgia Tech, I have a passion for process and for doing things right. That passion served me well in the healthcare IT world and continues to serve 'us' well at KJ Homes. I began 'flipping' homes in 2001 and enjoyed the details so much that construction and real estate quickly evolved into my full time focus. I specialize in the construction and renovation processes at KJ Homes.
Jennifer and I work closely to meet the needs of our clients. For new construction clients this often starts with finding the right land and floor plan. For renovation clients, we first work hard to understand the goals for the renovation and then we focus on the most cost effective ways to meet those goals. Another big focus for us is BUDGET. Regardless of the type of project, we are very transparent with our budgets.
We pass through all cost items to our clients with no mark-up and the profit we make is called out specifically in a single line item in the budget. Easy, transparent and trustworthy.
