All-Star Realty Associates is a small independent real estate office located in downtown Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, which is in the Northwestern quadrant of the State of South Carolina next to the North Carolina line. Our area is considered the "foothills of the mountains" and we have a nice mixture of hills and flatland, plus a view of the Appalachian Mountains from much of the county while only being 3 to 4 hours to the beach!
We have very little snow fall during the winters, which are mostly mild. We are also far enough away from the East coast to not suffer direct hits by hurricanes. We specialize in real estate in Spartanburg, SC, but also helping buyers and sellers in Greenville, Cherokee and Union Counties in South Carolina, as well as going into Rutherford and Polk Counties in North Carolina.

John is the Owner of All-Star Realty Associates, which he established in 1997 after working at a number of Real Estate Agencies in the area.
He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since May of 1980 and has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer annually since 1986 and is a member of the Spartanburg Board of Realtors as well as being licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Licensed in Real Estate in June of 1996, Rose has been recognized by the Spartanburg Board of Realtors with the Award of Excellence (Million Dollar Producer), working with John since April of 1997.
