He founded Nicklies & Co., Inc. in 1988 to specialize in all aspects of retail, office, and industrial real estate brokerage, as well as real estate development in Kentucky and Indiana.
In 1997, Nicklies & Co., Inc. became a partner with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in the world.
