Mr. Estes has been practicing real estate law for nearly 35 years, focusing primarily on ownership representation in the purchase, sale, financing, construction and leasing of office, multi-family, hotel and industrial buildings, both in San Francisco and throughout the United States.
He is also an active real estate investor in numerous class types.
