Lawson Real Estate was founded in 1969 by James R. Lawson specializing in real estate sales throughout all of Yolo County. Lawson Property Management was then formed in 1971 to compliment the investment properties he sold to his clients. Lawson Property Management currently manages over 650 units in Yolo County. We were recently rated in the top 25 property management companies by The Sacramento Business Journal.

To Lawson Property Management, please take notice that I/we are giving our 30-day notice to terminate tenancy of the premises located at.
I/We will have keys turned into your office on.
I/We understand that I/we are responsible for paying rent for the entire 30-day notice time period even if keys are turned in earlier.
Tenant understands that Lawson Property Management will begin advertising the unit, including signage, to be available after the date the keys will be turned into our office.
Tenant agrees to cooperate with Management in making the property available to be shown to prospective tenants during the entire 30-day period between notice of termination of tenancy and actual vacating of the property.

If you're related by blood or marriage to one of the previous landlords, or your rental history does not include at least two previous landlords, your application may be declined, or we may require a qualified co-signer on your rental agreement.
