In mid-2016, Real Estate Auditing Services, Inc. started a lease portfolio review for a Fortune 500 client that occupied more than 20 million square feet of office space across North America.
The team met with the client's lease administration staff to review and discuss their portfolio so we can prioritize and target those leased locations as we begin our lease audit program.
It was agreed that we would initiate our review with 5-7 prime leased locations.
We also identified other upsell opportunities that resulted in engineering, electrical, and janitorial contract reviews.
