Olcott Vail Snow, Sr. - O.V. to everyone - opened O.V. Resources, a commercial real estate firm, serving the Greater Hartford CT area, in 1955. He grew to love the business and the people associated with it, treating everyone with respect and generosity of spirit while maintaining the highest level of integrity. O.V. was a part of new dreams and transitions for many business owners, commercial landlords, commercial real estate investors, and commercial tenants, until he passed away in 2012, at the age of 85.
O.V. Snow, Sr. was a well-known Hartford County commercial real estate agent and loved how his work supported the town of Bristol and other towns and cities in the Naugatuck Valley region of CT. He became the forefront of Bristol's growth, instrumental in bringing many commercial ventures to the area.
Recognizing his father's strong ties to the community and unwilling to allow that history to be forgotten, O.V. Snow, Jr. assumed the role of president of the Bristol CT commercial real estate agency, and obtained his commercial real estate broker's license to carry out the family business.
