New England Pioneer Associates, LLC (NEPA) develops, constructs and markets industrial, light manufacturing, warehouse and office buildings in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets. It currently has over 200,000 square feet of buildings in its wholly owned portfolio. It is a small enough company so its principals have a direct supportive relationship with its number one priority, its building occupants.
Yet it is large enough to provide its client companies with all their real estate needs. Some examples of NEPA's capabilities are designing and constructing buildings with extensive temperature/humidity control, special fire suppression, heavy electrical power requirements, and clean rooms. Its goal is to meet the real estate needs of its clients from build-to-suit fit-up in its present portfolio to new construction when a client needs to grow.
It also enters into co-ventures with investors and other developers in building projects and meeting new and present clients' space needs.

Its senior principal, Lewis J. Levine has over three decades in the construction and development field and was the President of the largest masonry siding contractor in New England for several decades.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University, and a former accountant with the accounting firm of Arthur Young in New York.
