One of the "work-arounds" for this scenario is a strategy called Designated Agency where one agent in an office works for Sellers and another agent in the same office works with Buyers. While it seems logical that this would solve the issue, it only complicates it because all listings belong to the Broker, and the Broker (in Designated Agency situations) is a Dual Agent so he/she cannot fully represent either party!
