They opened their first office in 1985, Lone Star Land Company, in a historic building in Llano.
With emphasis on marketing area ranches, acreage tracts, and homes, the office soon became a leader throughout the Texas Hill Country.
In 1994, they acquired Landmasters Real Estate in Sunrise Beach.
In 1995, the Llano office was renamed Landmasters Real Estate - Hill Country office and now offers an expanded service area including Llano, Burnet, Mason, and San Saba Counties.
