This is geared more towards those renters out there who have either never bought their own place, or are considering it.
I am a huge advocate of buying.
For me personally, there is a sense of pride in knowing "this place is mine."
You have free reign over it and can do what you wish!
There is a psychological aspect to this point in that you may feel more at ease knowing you are in control, but also a practical one.

What's my property worth?
Unfortunately there is no clear cut answer.
The answer is really whatever a buyer will pay for it, and the only way to really know for sure is to put it on the market to see what buyers will offer.

The real estate professional orchestrates the communication, keeps things on track, and explains things to their client in the process.
Moving to a new home can be stressful for anyone, but for parents of children on the autism spectrum, the process of relocation carries additional challenges.
Because children on the spectrum tend to prefer a set routine, moving may feel as though their entire world is being overturned.
Yet with careful preparation and attention, parents can make the moving process less disruptive, and even an ultimately positive experience.
Monteleo Realty offers the following tips to help everyone enjoy a smooth transition.
