Then Nason established this market research, sales and marketing firm and has been involved in the creation of numerous single family, new construction condominium, condo-conversion communities, planned unit developments and commercial ventures throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and California.
Nason has been involved in the real estate development community since 1979 and in Nevada since 1981. His experience includes direct involvement in the development and sale of over 85 residential communities and approximately 20 commercial developments. Nason was part of a 3 man team that created Desert Shores, a 986 acre mixed-use master planned lake community in Northwest Las Vegas.
He was instrumental in creating the builder's advertising co-op, the master Community Association, and was responsible for the marketing of the community to local and out of state merchant builders. As a result of this involvement Nason was instrumental in forming a local chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) (condominiums, homeowner's associations and cooperatives), sat on the board of directors and chaired the public relations committee for two years.
