75 Hour Salesperson: If you are new to Real Estate, you will first need to take a 75 hour salespersons course.
New York State Department of State requires all new Salespersons to take a 75 hour course prior to working as an agent.
30 Hour Remedial (Gap or Supplemental) Course:The 30 Hour Remedial Course is for those who originally passed a 45-hour Salesperson and need to take an additional 30 hours to satisfy the 75 hour requirement to become a Salesperson or a Broker.
Continuing Education: Lisore offers 22.5 Hours of Continuing Education for Salespersons and Brokers in a classroom setting and online.
