In 1994 Charles A. Payne, Jr. and a partner began doing appraisals in the back office of a real estate company.
Since then Mr. Payne has acquired 100% of the business, we have moved into a suite in the Mountainside Plaza (Jasper, Pickens County), and have grown to five residential appraisers and two commercial appraisers, as well as two home inspectors.
