Since the company's inception 30 years ago, we have successfully worked with owners and directors of all types of residential and commercial. Our principal clients, however, are the homeowner associations for which we provide management services. McGarr & Associates provides both full management services as well as bookkeeping services for homeowners associations in Nashville/Davidson County and the surrounding areas.
We have the knowledge of sound accounting and reporting procedures that meet or exceed all industry standards. We encourage homeowner communication and strive to respond to all requests within one business day.
