We are a boutique brokerage specializing in lakefront homes and properties in Bethel, White Lake, Black Lake, Kauneonga Lake, and all of Sullivan County. This has been a family owned business since 1967. The original broker was Gibson McKean, who made a name for himself developing lake communities in the area which focused on maintaining the natural beauty of the region.

The current is his daughter, Linda McKean, who has been in the real estate business for 32 years. Her son, Timothy Gutman joined the firm, making this a three generation company that will have important ties to the community well into the future. Lakefront homes and properties have remained the focus over the many years. The vision, that Gib had, has allowed his communities to remain unspoiled get-a-ways for the second home buyers from the greater New York City area.
