Since founding SouthStone Properties in September of 2000, John Ghiz has built a brokerage business specializing in representing tenant and buyer clients ranging from start-up companies to nationally recognized corporations. SouthStone Properties specializes in the office sector of commercial real estate and has also developed expertise in the management of professional office condominiums and medical/dental buildings.
Prior to starting SouthStone Properties, John served as Director of Facility Services for Carolinas HealthCare System where he was responsible for the asset management of real estate investments. John earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
John is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
