We do have guidelines and require a non-refundable pet fee, a minimum of $400 for each pet (each under 40 lbs*) up to two pets maximum, if permitted at property location.
Tenant agrees to hold harmless the owner, manager and agents any costs of liability incurred resulting from injury to a resident or visitor by a pet.
