Before the formation of Sylva, Howell & Associates, Mr. Howell was a Senior Appraiser and Vice President with Raymond A. Lesher & Company, Ltd., where he worked for 11 years. He left Raymond A. Lesher & Company, Ltd. because he felt he could better reach excellence by building a business that offers a higher level of customer service.
