I have to admit that I was a little dubious about pricing low with the goal of selling high, but with 5 offers over asking price, that strategy certainly worked. Tiger was recommended by a friend and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with her and her team. Tiger provided extensive educational material and was happy to answer all of our questions even after we completed our move to the new house.

We felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Tiger has gone above and beyond, not only with helping us through the homebuying process, but with homeownership as well. She has a lot of resources and was able to connect us to the right people when we had questions about home maintenance. Would highly recommend (especially for first time home buyers) and would definitely work with Tiger and team again.
