Garrett Simon began his career in real estate on a full-time basis in 2004 after having first served as a real estate assistant and short-term rental agent for several years. Garrett continues to thrive in today's market thanks in part to his strong relationship with existing clients and local knowledge of the Telluride area after living here for the past 17 years.

He possesses a high degree of local market knowledge, a knack for identifying listings that represent a great deal of potential, and the ability to discern buyers' goals and unite them with the unique property that suits their Telluride real estate needs. Garrett is an alumni of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL where he played NCAA Division I soccer for the Jaguars, and resides on the sunny side of Historic Downtown Telluride with his wife Jessica, their newborn son Taj, and their rescued Great Dane.

Garrett has averaged sales of between $10 and $20 million per year even through the recent economic downturn, and is one of the top agents in the local real estate market.

The marketing of fine art and high-end properties proved to be a natural combination, resulting in a real estate marketing powerhouse driven by the passion and success of the Christie's name and the local connections and expertise of seasoned brokers.
