We are Heather and Michael Elias. We started our real estate team back in 2004, and launched this site in 2007 to share information about life and real estate in Loudoun County. Since then, the site has grown to include the premiere home search experience for Northern Virginia, along with a ton of buying and selling resources. We are indeed real people that work and live here in Loudoun.
Since 1999, we have lived in Sterling, Ashburn, and Leesburg, before settling in Purcellville in 2006. We've raised our four children right here in Loudoun, attending plenty of school activities and coaching quite a few youth sports teams. We are proud to provide a high degree of professionalism and dedicated customer service to guide you in your home buying or selling transition.
It's our goal to not just help you through a particular transaction, but also to provide the information and insight to help you make educated decisions and reach your homeownership goals across the years. We've been following the luxury market in Loudoun on our blog since 2010, writing yearly wrap-ups of the most expensive homes sold.

Stress Free Transaction We used Mike for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home.
First, Mike is very much a family man with a family business.
His wife is also a realtor (runs the real estate blog Loco Musings) and together they are a power couple when it comes to.
I can never thank both Mike and Heather enough for their kindness With my wife's passing I wanted to get away from the area where she had suffered so much, away from the roads we had driven week in, week out to see doctors and undergo treatments and get to a place where we had.

Aldie is an historic town tucked into a gap between Catoctin Mountain and Bull Run Mountain in the southeastern corner of Loudoun County.
The area is best known for its' original grist mill, the only one in Virginia with twin overshot waterwheels.
The mill was first built in 1785, and the village grew around it.
The post office was built in 1811, and the first school was established in 1858.
New residential communities started popping up along the edges of town, bringing new life to the historic community and making it one of the fastest growing suburbs in the DC region.
