I have 25 years experience appraising for national lending institutions for mortgage purposes, REO, corporations for employee relocation and Bail Bond Collateral. Over the past 12 years I have been recognized by the Tulare and Kings County Superior Courts as an expert witness in family disputes and estate valuation.
