If you are looking for a REALTOR that will help you buy or sell property as if it were their own, then Steve is "Your Friend in Real Estate" for the North Georgia Mountains. Whether you are a Buyer or a Seller, if you want a REALTOR that knows the local area and is going to look out for your interests, then it would be my absolute pleasure to assist you.

If you want access to the MLS that I use every day, my "Advanced Search" tool has criteria specific to the mountain region and is designed to be BETTER than Zillow, Trulia, Realtor and Homes or any other site on the Internet! Perhaps you want a majestic long range Mountain View, or maybe a creek or river front home - or even better - a home on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge!

If you love to hike then property adjacent to US Forest Service land might be more your style. You can even save your search and set it to email you when there is a new listing or a price drop so that you never miss a listing. You can also search a map of the North Georgia Mountains with "radius" and "polygon" tools to search a specific area.

If you are looking for a REALTOR that will help you buy or sell property as if it were their own, then Steve is "Your Friend in Real Estate" in the North Georgia Mountains.
Steve's interest in real estate in the North Georgia Mountains actually started when he and his wife bought their first home here in 2006 and fell in love with the area and the people.
As one of the top 12 individual agents (the top 1.5%) in the Northeast GA Board of Realtors in 2020, and on track to be a top 5 for 2021, Steve specializes in assisting Buyers and Sellers with investment properties, vacation homes, retirement homes, second homes, new construction, and land sales.
Thank you for visiting my website and allowing me to assist you with your real estate needs in the North Georgia Mountains.
With any real estate purchase or sale, you will need various service providers, from home inspectors to closing attorneys to well drillers, septic tank companies, locksmiths and more!
I am happy to provide you the names and contact information for some service providers that I have used in the past, both personally and for my real estate clients.
However, furnishing these service providers is done only as a courtesy and I offer no warranty or representation as to the quality of the service providers or the services they provide, nor do I assume any liability or claim arising out of or in connection with the service providers on the below list.
There are several internet providers in the North Georgia Mountains, but how it will be delivered and at what speed depends on where your property is located.
Also, the Internet Service Providers are constantly upgrading and changing the speeds they can deliver.
One quick way to determine what is offered in your particular zip code can be found on this website: http://broadbandnow.com/ although even this website is not always entirely accurate.
In all cases to see what speed you can get you have to contact the internet provider and give them the specific address of the home and they can tell you what speeds you can get at a particular address.
There is definitely no shortage of things to do in the North Georgia Mountains!
I do my best to keep this as up-to-date as possible, but as with any area, things do change frequently.
Also, since Blue Ridge is in the center of my real estate area, all distances are from Blue Ridge.
Without a doubt, the best websites for our area are from the Chambers of Commerce.
For more information on the Blue Ridge Mountains lifestyle, including waterfall hikes, restaurants, shopping information and other things to do, please visit the Blue Ridge Chamber of Commerce.
Making a decision on where to purchase a home or land in the North Georgia Mountains is a great first step in the Real Estate purchase process, and it would be my pleasure to assist you with this decision.
The areas I primarily serve are located only one to two hours north of Atlanta, specifically in Gilmer, Fannin, Union, and Towns counties.
The real estate market reached a peak in 2006 and then gradually declined so that by 2012 the market had hit its low point.
Since 2012 we have seen a recovery, with these four counties having recovered much better than many of the other North Georgia Mountain areas, with Fannin County in particular leading the recovery.
