The majority of the moorages you find in the Islands are generally 20 to 40 feet in length and they all vary greatly in depth.
Some are seasonal and others are year around moorage.
Any docks over 40 feet in length are harder ot come across.
Docks and improved Real Estate along the shoreline in general are becoming increasingly valuable due to increasing regulatory hurdles that property owners are faced with.
If one can manage to get a dock permitted, chances are that it will be a community dock shared with neighboring properties.

As of 07/24/2020 we have one 90' dock available on Decatur Island and one dock available on Trump Island.
On Decatur Island there is one dock available.
One is 70 +/- acres in 10 parcels with a 90' dock.
As we move into the coming year there will be more docks added to these pages due to the seasonality of our market.
