Clients include banks, attorneys, developers, trust managers, municipalities, and such organizations as the MBTA, the U.S. Post Office, Massachusetts Land Bank, and Housing Options for Massachusetts Elders (HOME).
For municipalities and state agencies, he has valued takings, as well as permanent and temporary easements, to assist in the ascertainment of reasonable compensation.
