Broadmoor is a 55+ community in Yakima, Washington located on the east side of the Cascade Mountain Range. The Pines is an all age community within a park-like setting back in Bend's green and grassy pine tree country.

I've lived in the park for almost 7 years now, and we've had 3-4 different companies and managers over the years.
It's amazing to finally have a manager (Jill) that makes sure repairs to the park are thorough, not just a bandage on a landmine!
And it's awesome having a company backing her up, because all the previous owners would never put major repairs for the community into their "budget".
Now thanks to Jill and her bosses things are becoming much improved!

Amber Monte has over 20 years of property management experience.
As Managing Director and Partner of Investment Property Group since 2013, Ms. Monte oversees all aspects of the management of our portfolio of communities throughout the United States.
She is also Managing Director and Partner of our sister portfolio, Sage Apartment Communities which manages over 40 multi-family communities nationwide.
She takes a very proactive hands-on approach to the management of our communities and ensuring our teams always feel supported and considered.
We offer four quality medical plans provided by CIGNA.
The Local Plus Network (California only), two PPO options and an HSA plan for employee(s).
All enrollment is done via our online Employee Navigator system.
When you register you will be able to view all plan costs.
The company contributes 100% of the HSA employee premium and 80% of the lowest PPO plan to all other employee premiums.
The company also contributes 50% of dependent coverage for whichever plan you enroll in.
We offer Basic Life AD&D insurance of $15,000 at no cost to employees whether enrolled in a benefits plan or not.
