DAVID M. BANK -- After undergraduate work in electronics engineering at Pennsylvania State University, and a three year enlistment in the United States Army (USASA), Mr. Bank began his real estate career in the City of Philadelphia.
During this time, he honed his skills in the fields of finance, marketing and real property development.
Being adept in these areas, he taught real estate finance and other pre-licensure courses at the Abington campus of the Pennsylvania State University.
During his tenure at the Greenfield Company, he initiated and directed vast numbers of office and retail leases as well as raw land sales and development.
During this time, he honed his skills in the fields of finance, marketing and real property development.
