Since 1964, John Penna of Penna Realty, has been a part of the real estate industry in the San Francisco Bay Area.
John entered the real estate business in 1964, and after becoming a broker in 1966, started Penna Realty in 1968.
He grew the business in both commercial and residential real estate while staying deeply involved in his community.
He was elected as a member of the South San Francisco City Council from 1989-2000, and served as mayor in 1992.
He helped establish Liberty Bank in 1980 and served on the board of directors until 2001.
