The mission of the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS is to be a unified community of real estate professionals created to support, educate and promote members; to inspire leadership and enhance professionalism; to maintain the highest standards and integrity through the enforcement of the REALTOR Code of Ethics; to promote REALTORS as knowledgeable and essential to the real estate transaction; and to advocate on behalf of home-ownership and the interests of private property owners.
Objective 1 - To expand the educational opportunities for the REALTOR members, affiliates and members of the public by providing advanced designation courses, seminars and informational workshops. Objective 2 - To provide our REALTOR members with business meetings that address the issues that are facing their businesses, to increase Broker programs to determine needs and developing those programs to address those needs.
Objective 3 - To improve communications between our members by expanding all possible communication lines, i.e. website, E-News newsletter, E-commerce, and appointing liaisons for each office to convey Association information to offices.

Members have two option for paying yearly dues.
Pay in full or choose the Advantage Plan.
The Advantage Plan is a payment plan which allows you to pay your dues in easy monthly installments.
Both New and Renewing Members Pay Initial down payment then a monthly fee (see application for details).
If you would like your Office to join the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS, the following fees will be assessed.
By joining the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS, one will have access to our Realcomp sponsored MLS system.
